"Q-Chan" is a multilayer controller for 2 to 8 layers. It installs a weighing machine on each extruder to calculate the precise extrusion amount, and based on the calculated extrusion amounts, it determines the extrusion ratio for each layer, continuously monitoring to ensure that the extrusion ratios of each layer do not change. At the same time, it calculates the appropriate take-off speed according to the standard thickness and monitors changes in thickness. We offer two types of monitor units and three types of automatic units. Please choose between the automatic type and the monitor type according to your preference.
